'63 330 wagon rust repair

Hi, all.

Wondering if anyone knew if there were any differences in the lower fender patch panels out there, as the price spread is great between them.  Also, could I get away with sedan quarter patches for the wheelwell area on my wagon.  I would love to find rust free quarters, but they would cost more than the car, especially after I shipped them.
