I keep electronic copies and email them to myself in gmail so I can't lose them.   Just make a word document out of what ever it is (or txt document if you don't have photos) or whatever format makes you happy, save the file to your computer, and then attach it to an email to yourself.  That way if your PC dies, it will be safe and sound in gmail, assuming you use gmail as you email.  I'm sure it would be safe in yahoo mail or any other web based email.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
