What is it?

A friend of mine goes junkyarding all the time and found a 62 Plymouth 
(well maybe a Dodge) 2 door just brought into the yard.  He said it has 
a B block in it with a 4 barrel AFB and dual point distributor.  Said 
the casting numbers on the heads was 22001324.  I told him I suspect it 
was a 361 or maybe a 383.  He also said the block has an "HP" on it in 
raised letters.  What did he find there?  Any ideas?
