RE: lug nuts



If you can get the drum off you can knock them out!! 
 
You can replace the left flange with a right also if you can get the drum off!!!

If you're referring to the front studs, you are correct.  However the rear studs you most certainly can pound them out with a hammer.  Me and my buddy changed my car to all right hand thread last summer and that's exactly what we did.  Swapped the front drum for another drum with right hand studs and whacked the sttuds out of the rear axeland put new ones in.
