AC??????

Guys,I'm planning on installing the factory AC out of my donor 63 440 into the 63 Polara 500 and was wondering IF i can install a late model compressor instead of the orginal compressor?Will it work ok or not? I don't know if there are any differences in pressures between the orginal and a later model one.
