NAPA sold a five button heater control vacuum switch that can be modified to work on 1962 to 1965 Mopars. 
NAPA-Echlin part number is HC205. Not sure if they are still available. See http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/techstuff.html - last update of availability was July 2008.
