If you are only going to use the battery powered impact wrench occasionally you may be able to find a good used name brand like Snap-on, Matco, or Milwaukee.

Disadvantage of an impact wrench is in a very rusted situation it could snap off the part. 

FWIW you could save some coin and get junkyard aerobic exercise at the same time with a 3/4" drive breaker, impact socket and a long heavy pipe used as a cheater. Spray copious amounts of penetrating lube and huff away.  :)
