'62 Newport had donut style front bushing. New kit has cone type. PST says they are inter-changeable so use the cone. Problem is, I'd have to compress the new cone bushing at lead 3/4" - 1" to get the bolt holes on the strut rod to line up with the lower control arm. I don't see how to do this with out the bushing eventually pulling through one side with that much pressure. Anyone else run into this situation?
