From an old guy. Set both screws at 2 1/2 turns, set idle at normal for car. Run until warm so chock is off. Turn left screw in until engine slows, remember if it was half turn quarter turn what ever, now turn back the other way till engine slows and remember how far that was. If the total movement on this last turn was 1full turn then move it back 1/2turn. What ever the number of turns is between the two engine rpm then set at half of that. You may have to reset the idle. Also make sure the timing is set. Dave O Sent from Pat's iPad -- -- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
