Hay Mike, I certainly would love to be there to see your 65 Plymy race in person. I have seen your videos and your rear suspension pics and e-mail--still have them for future reference. An aquaintence, Clay Kossuth , I think will be there to race his MAX ATTACK. He won last years championship in the SS class that he races in. I believe Denny Mothershed presented him with the Champ jacket at a special gathering at Clay's place in Missouri. I just HAVE to attend The races at Cedar Falls- it has been 40+ years since I was last there!.....................MO On Aug 23, 12:35 pm, mike creglow <mcreg...@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > since monster mopar has been moved from st.louis to indianapolis this > year (as the gateway racing complex was shutdown); there will be a two > day mopar only race, car show, and swap meet at cedar falls raceway > (just north of cedar falls, iowa). this is being sponsored by "mopar > max" online magazine and victory performance. denny mothershed, owner > of victory performance driveline, has been a long time mopar racer and > sponsor of many nostalgic superstock events across the country. > there will be an all makes test 'n tune friday night also. > cedar falls raceway, for those who have never been there, is a very > clean, well organized track and has been known as the "house of hook" > for racers looking for traction. also, this track was the site of the > first "pinks" shows as the bald, arm drop dude (can't think of his > name) grew up just north of the track. > i plan on racing along with a large contingent of twin cities based > mopars. i have a '65 satellite that is turquoise with a white roof, > please look me up and say hi. this could turn into a yearly event if > there is a good turn out. > > for more info: > > http://cedarfallsraceway.com/2011/events/victory-mopar-program.html > > mike -- -- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
