How fast is the idle? I'm not sure for your car, I'm not sure what a 63' Dodge 330 is but the idle is either 500 RPM in Neutral, or 550 RPM in Neutral with A/C depending on what motor it has. This is when the motor is warm, not cold. Cold idle is faster, but I'd need more info to help ya further. Once the car warms up it should idle around 500-550. Do you know what the idle is?
