Yes that non-accessible cowl was a terrible design by Chrysler. 

Progress / pictures sounds good.

All:  http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/zimmerman62.html shows Neal's 1962. (The page apparently has anold email address for him. I'll revise that when the page is updated next.)
