Re: White / black 'vert tops?

Hi Stan

Any chance of sending me a pic of your 63 Dodge Polara?

jimfmd@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I am thinking about buying a black roof for my 63 Polara it should look good next to the orange paint.

Thanks
Jim

My 63 Polara 500 I black with a white sweep and black and white interior and a black top. My 64 Sport Fury is triple black and my other 63 Polara is red with a white top and interior.

Does anyone know the protocol used for the convertible tops
in the manufacturing process in the '62-65 years? That is,
did all the convertibles come standard with white tops? I
see some of these 'verts nowadays wearing a black vinyl
top.

Thanks,
Gary H.
