Hi Brian - welcome! You'll find a lot of great, helpful people here. I've learned a ton about our cars from hese guys. Rusty cowl- common, unfortunately. Sprayed in foam in cowl - not so common - LOL. What part of the country are you in - and where is the car from? I'm in WI - aka - the rust belt. My car came from Florida, though.
