There is a conversion where you can adapt Hemi heads to a 440 block.  Steve Magnante did it for one of his cars.  I'm guessing this isn't what's in that '84 Diplomat, though.  If it were, it would be one of the wildest mods to an '84 Diplomat I can think of!
