Hello Robert,
Here, on the other side of the pond, are three companies we might use for
our special wheel needs. I haven’t used any of these as yet but I’m
keeping a list of different vendors I might want to use in the future.
Hope this helps.

Hi all!
Been away for a while... well havent been anywhere really, just been
concentrating on our 69 Sport Satellite for the last year or so.
To help with any queries relating to that, i signed up on 'For B Bodies
Only', and a great help they've been so far too!
I started a thread about that car....
http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/showthread.php?t=11849
if anyone's interested.
But we're still using the 63 Polara when we can... well we were up till
recently when winter reared its ugly head!
I also started a thread on there for the 63... in case anyone here
doesnt know it, or has forgotten...
http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/showthread.php?t=11557
Despite the work we've been doing with the Satellite, I've been meaning
to get back on here cos we're still juggling with what wheels we want on
our 63.
Currently got the 'original' 14" wheels & full spinner covers fitted.
Well, we thought they were the originals up till recently, when a kind
soul over on FBBO pointed out they were later than 63 and should have
been black, not red, if fitted with full wheel covers.
We've got a set of early 15x5 wheels coming our way from a friend up in
Yorkshire (already got the larger dog dishes), but could do with a pair
of wider wheels for the odd trip up the 1/4.
So here's the question.
Where would one get a pair of widened early steel wheels - not very
wide, around 8" i guess.
Would we have to source a pair of wheels and get someone to do the work
(not being a welder myself), or is there a vendor that sells them
'ready-made'?
Does anyone know how Bob Mosher does it? All the cars I see on his site
that he turns out seem to have wider than stock rear steels?
Any help or advice, as ever, gratefully received!
Thanks
Robert
