I can’t answer your question positively Bill, but I would almost certainly assume the rear inner fenders would be the same between 64 and 65 Dodge B bodies. I might also go as far as to guess that these could also be the same between the Dodge and Plymouths of the same years and bodies. Could it be that one of the panels you are comparing might have been involved in a fender bender at one time and been straightened just enough to reuse? That could be a plausible explanation for the difference in the bends and shape of the bottom being less pronounced. This could be one of those questions that just can’t be answered except for someone having two known-to-be-good originals for each car type to compare side-by-side.
