Thank you Steve I was tempted to drill a hole into the housing and work in 
some penetrating oil.  The shafts will move , but just barely. I didn't know 
where to drill the holes, so I got the kit from e-bay and hopefully they 
will indicate where the holes should be drilled.

Thanks all for your input, this old dog is learning a lot from this mail
