Thank you Steve I was tempted to drill a hole into the housing and work in some penetrating oil. The shafts will move , but just barely. I didn't know where to drill the holes, so I got the kit from e-bay and hopefully they will indicate where the holes should be drilled.

Steve, The wiper pivots are not serviceable. Install the zerk per the instructions and give it a few shots of grease, 999 out of 1000 free up. The large black donut goes over the knurled end that the wiper arm mounts on. Lube it generously with dish washing detergent, and it willslide over. That bushing will press against the bottom of the cowl panel tokeep water from running down the pivot.
