You are correct, Gary.  Those are the correct dog dishes for a 64 Plymouth B 
body.

I think the DD caps shown on the page referenced below are 1964 B Body correct.

Also, as pointed out earlier, in 1964 you could check off full size caps on your 
order from the Plymouth dealer and get them on the car you ordered. Cop cars and 
taxis saved the coin and got plain DD.
