They are noticeable but we used a piece of wood to bridge between the
connector and door sill and a bridge between the connector and hump  it
looks just fine.  Almost like it was stock.  Steamed and molded the carpet
to fit the contour making carpet install very simple and you only loose
about one to two inches of floor well.  I never have any one sitting back
there anyway.

Trying again in case it was missed: there are several members of this mail
list who have installed the sub frame connectors made by Hammer. Please let
us know how these affect or do not affect the look of the carpet in the rear
seat area. Are they noticeable, in other words.
