Re: Electric Fuel Pump Selection?



Most of the noise from an electric pump comes from the mounting bracket on the mounting bolts.
I usually drill the mounting holes in the pump bracket large enough to insert a 3/16" think piece of rubber hose. That way the pump bracket never touches the mounting bolts, thus transmitting vibration throughout the car.
