yes 
the center seems smaller  i have seen people take a dermel tool and cut the center out(risky bussiness doing that)if it isnt done right and then they are put on ------and it wasnt cut enough puts to much perrsure on the lug bolts and they pop off(sounds like some one shooting .22 rifle>
so i wouldnt go that route my self.
