Re: Operation (was no subject)

Excellent new! Heal well my friend. Don't do too much, too quick or you'll ruin their good work!

I'm in a sling myself. I was having trouble sleeping due to pain in my shoulder. Nothing showed on the MRI except maybe a small tear. They went in by scope and found 2 "massive" tears and the bicept tendon 50% torn away from its anchor point. The "massive" is a medical description, for 2 quarter size holes. Nearly 2 hrs. into the surgery, they finished up putting in 2 bovine tissue grafts and reanchoring the bicept. That was 3 weeks ago. I can do NOTHING, not even lift my own arm weight for another 3 weeks. It really really sucks.

I can type, but can't wrench. oh well.

Mike

Mend well. That is good news. No don't try to do too much too soon, those
leaf springs can wait. Or bribe a couple strong friends of yours to hoist up
the springs while you sit in a chair, supervising. :)

Thanks,
Gary H.

Hello everybody,

Just want to let know that the operation in my lower back, that included
installing a kind of ball beering instead of a disc went great. I am up and
walking around and getting slowly of the morphin.
Currently I have a brand new set of SS leafsprings waiting to be put on the
fury, just have to wait a while to heale.

Best regards,
