They take an allen wrench in the end, and look like a stud, but are the same thread all the way down. Almost any part store will have studs that are 3/8-16 and 3/8-24 like the factory. You can buy set screws in different lengths and they are almost all grade 8. Put your sealant on the end and your finished.
