Sorry,
I don't remember.  It seems that anytime I try to contact any kind of 
suppport it takes a long time.  I just put the phone on speaker phone 
and let it go until someone answers.

However it seems that I may have been able to leave a message and get a 
call back - just not sure but give that a try.

My luck on email is really poor, when I do actually get an answer to an 
email question I end up calling anyway.
