Door Panel Carpet

I'm in the process of replacing my carpet in my 65 Coronet 500 'vert
and or course the door panel carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced as
well now.

It this separate and removable the door panels? or do I basically need
to get new door panels to make this look right?
