Removing '64 Fury/Sport Fury side trim

WOW, what a job! Obviously, this trim was never supposed to be replaced.
Two points of concern. On a 2 door hardtop -- the rear quarter is especially difficult. How do you remove the center two brackets, the two between the rear wheel well and the quarter panel? Looks like you have to squeeze the "scissored" clips together from inside the fender and push them out with a roomy 1" of space to work in!
Also, on the front fender spear -- behind the red, white and blue inserts. How do you remove the clips between the door and the front wheel well -- directly under the antenna?
Thanks for your help,Doug
