392 Hemi

I have a chance at a reasonably priced 392 Hemi, and I'm looking for input from anyone here who can help.  Does anyone know if it'll bolt right into my '64 Belvedere's K member?  I know a 426 will, but I don't know about a 392.  Can I use my small block Torqueflite with it?  From what I've been able to determine, I may need an adaptor, but otherwise it should work.  The transmission is freshly rebuilt, so that's why I would want to keep using it if possible.

I don't remember ever seeing a 392 in a '60s era B body before, but then again, my memory isn't all it used to be cracked up to be.
