More info: I re-read a later email from AMD; a summary is that, while full quarters were already sent to the manufacturer, AMD was still deciding what type of quarter to make; thus the 1/4s are not in development yet. They probably don't know that "They ought to do a 64-65 Ply, then 64-65 Dodge hardtop quarter because you could fit it on a post car if the cut was j u s t right..."
