You could very well be correct about that.  I've run into the Q also and wondered if I didn't see it correctly when I first copied it down.  My car is in storage at my buddy's place 25 miles away, so I can't re-check it right away.  But I need to get over there for a few other things soon, so I'll look at the tag more carefully.
