If I was going to redo the heads then I would have the hard seats put in but if all you are doing is putting a couple of thousand miles on it each year, I wouldn't do it. Takes a long time for unleaded to do any damage and I can still find lead substitute now and then and add it to a tank of gas now and then. Just my .02 worth.
