Smile,,,,,,,,,,but think more needs to be added, was not much of,,,,,,,,,,  
warranty, beware of dog, or social acceptance after application however was 
a  very good  start.   Maybe should go with the approach like the  county 
did when they showed up and told me I had to get rid of all my vehicles  
because my land was not zoned for it,,,,,,,,,,,,,they had a list of what I could 
 do, not a list of what I couldn't do,,,,,,,,,,,, so maybe simple is better 
 like,,,,,,
My intellect has been challenged before so any use of my wisdom or  parts
