Steve,
	It depends on whether the word "easy" should have been in your
question...  it's a simple matter of removing the dashboard and the
windshield, drilling out a zillion spot welds (did those guys get paid by
the weld?), a couple of hours of prying and coaxing, and you're in there!  

	Now if you had a '62-65 Dodge pickup, all you would need is a
phillips screwdriver...
