Alan Rutter's '64?

Anyone know Alan? He's from Willows, CA. Mopar Muscle magazine showed a picture of his 1964 Fury in the latest edition. Rutter took a 4 door Fury sedan, cut it in half across the middle and sliced off 8 inches, resulting in a 2 door with a wheelbase of 108" -- same as an early A body.  The car uses plexiglass rear side windows, subframe connectors and an A body driveshaft. It looks pretty good.
