Subject: sure-grip question

I have a 1965 Coronet, 8 3/4, 489 casting. With the car in Park and the rear of the car supported by stands, I am able to rotate the wheel when loosening/tightening the lug nuts. It does not rotate freely, but it does rotate. Is this normal? The car does go to the dragstrip. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you
