RE: Cash for clunker cars

you are on the mark... as one white house environmentalist said "we've'
accelerated the natural turn-over of the American fleet to more fuel
efficient, environmentally friendly cars"..
what BS..
as pointed out by others here the impact these car make on fuel and the
environment is so minuscule it can barely be measured

Plus look for round 2 of the recession.. people who had not thought of
buying a car and participated in CARS, went from 0 payments a month to
several hundred a month.. no more spending in their future, hence no new
money flowing into the economy...

look for more non-Detroit related businesses to go under, more jobs lost

a short-sighted bill on so many fronts

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
