Re: 62 Plymouth Wagons

Compared to the '64 330 wagon I'm doing that one's a peach. Mine had crossed the US twice, spent it's early years in New York and died in Florida. We've replaced all the floors including the tire well, the entire cowl, front bumper and trim, straightened the rear as best we could, replaced both fenders, all four doors, the bottom 10" of the tailgate skin, formed the quarter skins off a four door to replace the nearly non-existant sheetmetal to the rear, and that's just the metal work so far...the thing was said to be "a little rusty". Had I known I probably wouldn't have went after it but I "had a parts car" already so how hard could it be right? That was FIVE years ago and another summer is about to pass without seeing pavement. Oh well, maybe next year, REALLY starting to
hate that l'il phrase..........

That was the wagon. Quite a challenge for someone. Probably hard to
find a nice one though. I guess he's listing it on multiple craiglist
areas.

I went and looked at the car. A little rough but still a good builder.
I'll have to think about this one. If anyone else is trying to find
one, I can give you the information. I'll try to post some pics later
today. The guy wants $1500.
