Hey all, found a real cool set  of  retro Kelsey Hayes two piece rims
,look a bit like the old halibrands u would see on gassers, aluminum
centers and chromed steel outer rims.
  but the chrome rings are in poor shape and need to either be
rechromed or stripped of chrome and maybe powder coated.
  So the rivets need to be drilled out to seperate the steel from the aluminum.
    Does anybody know if "re-riveting" these is something i could do,
or is it a big specialty job???
