361 to 383

I am wondering what all is interchangeable between my 1963 361 ci. and 
later like 1964 and up 383 ci.'s  I'm am thinking quite a bit but one is 
never for sure.  I have a chance at a 383 (not sure on the year) and I 
am wondering if it would be worthwhile to pick it up
