I don't know if you have three holes in your steering wheel, but i prefer a 
3 bolt puller. Also put a piece of aluminum or brass between the centr 
puller threaded shaft  and the steering shaft . Maybe you should have the 
nut back on that shaft nearly flush with the threaded end--- you dont want 
to swell or bugger up your threads.......................MO........sw   iowa
