I got my tail light shrome back from the plater, and the rubber tail light molding to body gasket, but not sure how to approach the gasket installation the rubber gasket has an area designed to go around the "wishbone" of the chrome piece and straight pieces to edge the perimeter of the chrome the problem is there is not a continuous slit to allow the rubber gasket to be installed in one piece (see http://www.frappr.com/?a=viewphoto&id=5591207&pid=10967544 ) so do I take a razor blade and try and make the slit on the "wishbone" piece meet up with the perimeter pieces, or do I cut the point off and install the "wishbone" and perimeter pieces separately? I should have taken a pic of the set up, before removing the chrome.. now 6 weeks later, I haven't a clue how it was originally done :( ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
