It was called the MYT (massive yet tiny) engine. Google can probably find it from that.

Awhile back someone posted a link to a prototype rotary engine.  I have
a customer who is a retired machinist.  He likes to tinker with
fabricating small internal combustion engines in his garage.  I was
telling him about this one and now I can't find the link.  Any help?
