I had the same experience. Also, I found that several of the links on the 62-65 tech tips and vendor pages don't work anymore. I guess that's to be expected. Nothing lasts forever. I'll be sure to print these things to my pc in the future, not count on them being live links that will last forever. Come to think about it, I won't be a live link forever either. /Butch/Ferndale, WA
