RE: Dual Snorkel Air Cleaners

I forgot to say that it doesn't have any smog setup either.

I have a 68 dual snorkel air cleaner on my 64 Dodge 880 from a 440. The base
opening is larger than the 67
base.

I have a dual snorkel air cleaner from a '67 440 on my '64. I'm
told that was the only year with a dual snorkel without the smog attachments.

'64 Dodge Polara 500 (383 2 bbl.) has a single snorkel and factory A/C. I
have looked at the dual snorkels and the driver side snorkel would interfer and
not clear the A/C assembly that comes off the compressor. So were these air
cleaners used only on non-A/C cars and perhaps only the 426 or 413 engines in
the '60s?
