free slant six

this talk about slant sixes getting hard to find, I am gonna get off
my butt and go get the free one somebody offered me a couplle months
ago.
   The only draw back is it in the trunk of a 69 dart sittting in the
middle of the field, just got to drive my truck out there , take a
buddy along and roll it out of there into the back of my truck.
    dont know where i would ever use it but this talk about collapsing
chrysler and hard to find parts got me wondering. man  just to think
the stuff that  just five years ago i would toss out, like 62-65 lower
control arms, 904s, cranks, etc. etc.   maybe i better just figure out
a better cataloging and storage method.
   sadly  a local junkyard here ,that for years always had a  good
assortment of mopars , recently crushed all their old stuff. I was
quite upset when i went out there last time.  Many memories there
dating back to the early 80s.
