Horn assembly!

Someone posted me a brakedown of what the horn assembly looks like on a
64 Plymouth Sport Fury. I purchased the pieces from our friend, Joe
Suchy a while back. Last Thursday I installed my new steering box and
the original steering wheel which I restored.
My horn doesn't work. I'm wondering is I'm missing a piece of the
assembly. It worked fine with the aftermarket wheel I had on the car.
Has anyone with a Sport Fury taken there's apart? Seems like the blowup
of the horn parts showed some kind of plunger, which I didn't get with
my parts.
Any info on this would be appreciated.
