I also use a converted air conditioning condenser as my trans cooler along w/remote filter and gauge. Trans temp runs about 160-180 with my 3500stall 10" convertor and cammed 340.
Water temp is always where it should be. Gary Pavlovich----- Original Message ----- From: <moparbikeguy@xxxxxxx>

I use an A/C condensor for my trans cooler in my '65 Coronet. No cooling at the bottom of the stock type 3 core radiator. My 496 stroker coolant temp is normally about 185-195. The trans has a 3800 convertor and never gets over 190. Temperature probe is in trans oil pan. Live in the South with 95 degress plus for July and Aug. Running a 2600 cu ft per minute electric fan and A/C and full flow 180 thermostat.
