I used to have one for Dealer Connect that worked on Parts voice
too...thanks to a dealer parts friend of mine. I haven't used PV in a
while, but it looks like you can register for free on the
site...insert fictitious company name, and off you go.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
