Security Questions - 63 SF

Hello,

I would like to drive my 63 Sport Fury on some short trips.  I am 
currently concerned about security when the car is parked.  I haven't 
added anything to the car yet, all I can do is lock the doors and take 
the keys.

I am looking for suggestions from anyone who has added security features 
to their cars such as any of the following:

Hood lock, what kind and how?

Actual security system, what kind of system and how much wire cutting 
and splicing was required?

Fuel cutout either manual or electric

Electrical cutout switches or relays, what kind and where was it 
mounted?

Any comments would be appreciated.
