There's also a place called autometaldirect.com that I have not put on the vendor's page yet; interestingly, by the way, they claim to have a 62-65 full trunk floor, but I did not find it on their Web site listing. 

Check with InLine Tube, Fine Lines and Classic Tube for the brake lines. These vendors are on the Vendor's page.
